The MISS List is what seperates our bootcamp from pretty much every other bootcamp, Personal Training Studio and Gym in the UK.
Here are the rules of the MISS List
- If you fail to attend at least 6 sessions during an individual bootcamp you are placed on The MISS List.
- If you stay on The MISS List for another month you CANNOT subscribe to the next bootcamp.
- There are no exceptions.
- Saturday Sessions do not count.
If you go on holiday you can still get 6 sessions into two weeks
If you are injured it is your decision whether you unsubscribe (with three weeks notice) or get yourself fit enough to do Bootcamp again.
We don’t want to waste our time or your money.

These names will be REMOVED from the MISS List if they manage more than 6 sessions in a month on the current Bootcamp and asked to MISS THE NEXT BOOTCAMP if their poor attendance continues.
We do not wish to waste either your money or our time and will ask you to free your space for someone who is able to attend more regularly.
