What’s extraordinary?

“Extraordinary” can be different for everyone, however it feels the same for all of us.

It’s that achievement which is big enough to make you doubt whether you can actually do it.

It’s the gap between what you think you can do, and what you want to do.

That’s extraordinary.

Why “Busy” People?

I think that busy people work hard and I think they are also clever.

Sometimes, I think they are so clever, they forget to try the impossible. The crazy. The ridiculous.

I don’t think you have to work any harder or smarter to achieve something extraordinary,

I think you just need to be a little braver and ask for help.

That’s where we come in.

How do we do it?

We have three simple values that influence everything we do.


Our primary goal is to help people enjoy their health and exercise routine. We accept that there are many different beliefs about what is supposedly the “right” and “wrong” but our only concern is helping you find what works best for you.


Our aim is to make exercise and nutrition simpler rather than more complicated for you.


We believe that a health and fitness culture beats any advice from a guru. We encourage sharing, teamwork and support rather than creating any mystic about health and fitness.
