What if fear was the ONLY thing stopping us from achieving our goals?

 

  • The guilt when we are leaving our families to do our own exercise… (Am I being selfish?)
  • The judgement when we are “being boring” by not drinking… (Am I dull?)
  • The fear that work must come first… (Am I lazy?)
  • The courage to ask for a more money so you can have more freedom (Am I worth it?)

And worst of all…

The fear of NOT BEING NORMAL!

What if the “courage” to face these fears was as significant as the other “skills” we need to get results with health and fitness?

 

What if facing a few of these fears was all you needed to make the progress you want?

 

My Challenge this week is to inspire you to face a few of your fears this month, by facing a few fears of my own…

And I’m not talking about the “Glamorous” fears like bungy jumping, parachuting and Public Speaking. (I find these exciting, not scary!)

How about guilt, shame, judgement??

Now that’s real fear!!
