The Truth About Alcohol – And How To "Cheat" it!
Wedding season has well and truly arrived and, if I am honest, I have probably been having a little too much fun this year!
In fact some of the weddings I have been too have taken me up to a week to recover from! (I have the liver of a 12 year old)
Now, fortunately for me, my lifestyle is pretty low on booze, so this occasional “blow out” won’t do too much harm. However, it got me thinking, just how damaging is alcohol to anyone serious about dropping a clothes size this summer?

Why "2lb's a week" is a DANGEROUS goal for weight loss…
If you consult any doctor or health magazine they will always cite “2lbs a week” as the healthy guidelines for weight loss.
And yes, research has shown that weight loss of any more than 2 lbs a week over a sustained period is likely to lead to a reduction in lean muscle tissue AS WELL as body fat.
