Occasionally, I get emails asking if we do exercise sessions on Saturdays.
And you can see why this would appeal.
After all, Saturday is the day in the week when most people have a little more time and it can be easier to fit the exercise in.
Additionally, for those people that cannot attend 3 sessions during the week the Saturday can be an ideal top up.
So why don’t we offer Saturday sessions?
Well, the very simple reason is that the Complete Bootcamp is not simply a collection of outdoor exercise sessions. (If you just want this you can do British Military Fitness)
The Complete Bootcamp is a program that has been refined over 5 years in order to help you get amazing results with your health and fitness with just 2/3 45 minute sessions a week.
This means that…
- You can get away from London at the weekend and STILL get great results.
- You can try different sports at the weekend (and still get great results)
- You can DO NOTHING at the weekend (and still get great results)
Not bad eh!
Sure, there is a nutritional and lifestyle component to our program too, but it does mean that the exercise is not so important with regards to getting great results.
In fact one of my main mantra’s is
“Exercise for Sanity, Nutriton for Vanity”
So if you want to try some different exercise experiences at the weekend we encourage it.
However, we won’t be offering Saturday sessions on a regular basis simply because “one off” exercise sessions is not really what we do.
We have tried it in the past and it really hasn’t felt like UV, largely because UV is very much about helping people achieve a great result from minimum exercise time.
We’ll occasionally do Saturday sessions for charity and special events but ,on this occasion, quality beats quantity EVERY time!
