As many of you know, our “Complete Bootcamp” program is great fun, but it is’t easy!
Three demanding Bootcamp sessions a week places a real challenge on your body and your lifestyle!
Yes, you do get fit and strong, but you also need to have your recovery and nutriton in place too (as well as your time management!)
That’s why we place so much emphasis on trying to do EVERY session in a 4 week program. Anyone that does this goes on our “Hall Of Fame” for that month.
Many Bootcampers have never done this, due to work commitments etc.
However, this year we now have three Bootcampers who have done 4 Hall Of Fames in a row!
Valerie Rowles (Pictured Centre) Catherine Macartan (Pictured Right) and Darren Breen (not Pictured) have all been on the Hall of Fame EVERY month for the last four months! (*UPDATE* Just been informed that Catherine Macartan has done 7 months!!)
That’s 4 whole months without missing one session!
Now THAT is consistency!!!! Great work and a great example to the rest of us that when you get on a roll anything is possible!
